Colorado Front Range Rental Market — Episode 2

Greg Bacheller of Real Property Management of Colorado provides his insights into the Front Range rental market and the historic rents approaching $1,900 for a one bedroom and $2,500 for a 3 bedroom.  Occupancy rates are 98% for single family properties and 94% for multifamily apartments.
