Renting vs. Buying a Home

My four-part series on the Denver-Metro rental market showcases what is happening across the country.  This summer I’ve met many potential first-time home buyers who are struggling to justify the increasing mortgage interest rates with the post-pandemic higher home prices.

These Millennials and GenZers are saying that they will wait out the “inflationary” market conditions and buy when “prices come down,”  Unfortunately, that is not trending and waiting will only cost you more.  Read more below and stay tuned for more insights on renting vs buying in Episode 2 with Colorado Rental Expert Greg Braucheller.
